Clematis Kiss

Inspired by the clematis flowers growing in the forests of southern Sweden where I grew up, the collection explores the tension between delicacy and strength.

Porcelain-like yet invasive, the clematis fascinated me early on through the way it quietly climbed, spread and overtook the surrounding landscape.

The print translates this contrast into flowing floral forms moving across the body.
